As the Sr. Director, Enterprise Implementation Strategy, you will be responsible for serving as the face of Pypestream to C-level executives and senior leaders of Pypestream’s enterprise clients. You will develop the strategy behind implementations, and bring an obsession for exceeding customer expectations by delivering in accordance with project success metrics. You will also build long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. You will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

What you’ll do

  • Serve as the face of Pypestream to c-level executives and senior leaders of Pypestream’s large enterprise clients
  • Coach clients to leverage change management best practices and achieve/maintain executive sponsorship
  • Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned client and drive continued value of our products and services
  • Work with clients to establish critical goals, or other key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their goals
  • Conduct SWOT analyses of customer As-Is communications
  • Oversee all project management for implementations
  • Facilitate system integration and chatbot / AI / NLP requirements definition sessions, partner with Pypestream’s technology team to ensure seamless integration
  • Provide or oversee training to client staff
  • Creatively identify use cases (i.e. new Streams) and Pypebot opportunity areas
  • Oversee design and optimization of client Pypebots
  • Develop marketing and incentive programs for clients to onboard and grow their number of user connections
  • Resolve unforeseen issues related to implementation or user experience
  • Facilitate best practice sharing among enterprise clients through user groups
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging to prospective and existing customers
  • Share customer feedback with Pypestream’s Product team to inform the roadmap
  • Work closely with Pypestream’s Professional Services team to help ensure successful delivery of integrations
  • Demonstrate a professional demeanor and impeccable verbal/written communication skills
  • Build Pypestream’s enterprise implementation playbook with a spirit of continuous improvement

What’s required

  • BA/BS degree; graduate degree strongly preferred
  • 5 – 10 years of experience
  • SaaS and mobile platform experience, knowledge of CRM and ERP systems a plus
  • Background in technical project leadership; PMP or ITIL a plus
  • Proven engagement management or other relevant enterprise experience
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
